📖 Handbook Modernization Proposal Available

A comprehensive 2024 Handbook Modernization proposal has been developed featuring a four-tier framework for PMTNM governance and operations. This proposal provides a detailed roadmap for transitioning from the current 2014 handbook to a modern, digital-first structure that addresses contemporary teaching needs and organizational requirements. ARTICLE XI: PUBLICATIONS

  • The Bylaws shall be printed and included in each member handbook as well as posted on the PMTNM website. Revisions or amendments will be distributed to members as they occur.
